Heh, anybody out there good at drawing people? I suck. I'd love to have a few hoo-man characters of mine drawn and so far all my attempts have come out like shit.

The thing is, I don't really have a set look for any of them. That's what I'm trying to find out - what they should look like. I'm really hoping that if someone can draw a sketchy reference for them that I can practice off of that and eventually improve my own efforts in human facial drawing.

The drawings don't have to be wonderful, or colored, or full body 'reference design pages' or anything... just a sketch to give a feel of the character and what they might look like.

Currently, these characters are still in-progress, so they are rather wooden and like cookie-cutter personalities... but I'm working on fleshing them out to be more individual. Here they are, or what I have in mind so far:

Selene Nicole "Nikki":
Pan-were... newly 'turned' and doesn't have a clue as to all the changes going on in her life. She's 22, going to college, living alone in a shitty apartment and has about a zillion relatives who all love to pry into her non-existant love life and non-existance career. She has no self-esteem, is very weak, introverted, disgruntled, and just tries to get by in life without too much trouble. She is rather plain, long brown hair, brown eyes, small body build, but could look nice if she took the time to dress up once in a while.

"Mr. Wizard":
A wizard, currently nameless as he's right now the main tormenter/kidnapper of the main character. Later he'll be her 'artner-in-paranormal' stuff... they will never like each other but maybe they won't have to kill each other either. His actual age is a mystery, but he's mid 30s. Tall, a bit lanky build, black hair, dark eyes, and one of those silent-types that make you want to punch their teeth in. He's an asshole, but occasionally there's a considerate streak that shows up... briefly. He dislikes using his powers, hates his job, HATES being Nikki's "babysitter" but gets it done. He is not afraid of violence, and will do whatever is necessary, even tormenting innocent people, to get the job done.

Ian Reynolds:
A werewolf... albino, he has lavender eyes and is, of course, very white/pale in both forms. He's not shy about anything, ANYTHING. In fact, he's a little bit of a flirt, since the girls in his pack think he's "unique" and fun. He's very smart and likes to watch others make fools of themselves. He's not above making a fool of himself though to crack a joke - he's streaked several times in public places *shakeshead*. He's very independant, gets himself into trouble but can just as easily get himself out, he doesn't need anyone and thinks it funny that Nikki is such a 'up'.

I'll be having a story posted with these guys hopefully showing up this summer (assuming I get more of it written :/ )... If anyone would like to give this a try, I will happily offer an art trade in return (no guarantees on when I can get it accomplished though until May 12th is past).
